I am writing to appeal my grade in cpp class for the contemporary semester. I am short by only 2.5 points 0.63% to pass this course, and I believe that the instances surrounding my overall performance warrant a reconsideration of my final grade. My first argument pertains to the challenges I faced during the examination. Following my difficulties, I sought guidance from Professor Dr.Espiritu, after taking exam 2 expressing my difficulties which I was facing during exams which were difficulty focusing and getting distracted through the examination which resulted in my performance being negatively impacted. In reaction, Dr. Espiritu, counseled me to make an office appointment, which I did. However, the help offered during our meeting was study strategies but did not address my precise issues which were difficulty focusing and getting distracted during exams. This left me without sufficient support to improve my overall performance in the next assessments. On 10/30/2023 I consulted my doctor, who provided a letter recommending a separate examination room due to my attention issues. I immediately submitted this letter to Dr. Stamper, and he made 2 copies of the letter and then directed me to Ms. Pitkanen who is the Dean of Students, I tried to schedule an office meeting the same day that I would be able to take exam 3 on 11/01/2023 in a quiet space during examination but she was out of the office, I scheduled a Zoom appointment with Ms. Pitkanen. However, upon meeting her, I found that she is not affiliated with separate room accommodations but she recommended me to the Office of Accessibility & Accommodations. Although Ms. Pitkanen, Nand 2 was unable to directly assist, she guided me on the right submission procedure to the Office of Accessibility & Accommodations (OAA). Regrettably, the guidance I acquired led me to take the examination in much less-than-perfect situations, impacting my overall performance adversely. Although Dr. Stamper, did recommend taking exam 3 in the breakout room It reminded me of exam 2 due to an excused absence I took exam 2 with Dr. Espiritu, in the breakout room in HPC-1 411, I was facing the same difficulty and ended up feeling very distracted during the exam. I took exam 3 in the classroom with other students. If I was recommended to the right person or the correct department it would have positively influenced my performance. Furthermore, my second argument revolves around the enormous discrepancy in exam formats during the course. Exam 1 consisted of 30 questions in a 60-minute time frame, even as exams 2 to 4 escalated to 44 questions with 90 minutes each. The final examination posed a greater challenge with 85 questions and a 120-minute restriction covering all course materials. This unexpected shift in examination structure has additionally contributed to my overall performance because the longer time constraints were not steady with previous examinations. In accordance with the Course Grade Appeal Policy and Process, I believe that my appeal meets the criteria outlined. Specifically, I contend that there were significant, material mistakes in the process at the course level, impacting the equity and accuracy of my grading. I kindly request that the Academic Appeals Committee review my case with utmost attention. Your assistance and guidance on this count are crucial to my academic progress, as a failure to secure this appeal could result in a setback to my educational timeline. I am confident that I have the ability to succeed in this program I am eager to learn and grow as a pharmacy student. I would appreciate your consideration and hope to give me the chance to go through next semester.

This was my appeal letter But I was denied an appeal This is my last chance I need this on my appeal i.
