(file attached)<\/span><\/p>\n Following the guidelines stipulated in the measurements tool, devise <\/strong>a means\/tool for measuring the success of your project intervention. This is for the entire project.<\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n Each best practice that you have identified on the Implementation Plan Worksheet will also need to have a defined means of measuring its success.<\/p>\n Summarize <\/strong>what each best practice implementation consists of and how you will measure it.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Note<\/em>: For additional support, you might consider utilizing the IHI Improvement Tracker(<\/u><\/a>https:\/\/app.ihi.org\/Workspace\/tracker\/)<\/span>, which has measures already set up on numerous topics. Or, you have the option of creating your custom measures. The budget will vary depending on the nature of your project. Start with the individual tasks\/deliverables that you identified in your implementation plan and break them down in terms of cost (labor, materials, facilities, services, and overhead are all costs). The sum of all tasks in your implementation plan constitutes the total budget of your project.<\/p>\n Consider <\/strong>the potential benefits and savings that may result from your project implementation. There may be tangible and non-tangible benefits. Consider quality of life, reduced health care expenses, impact on population health and considerations of DEI, increased reimbursement, staff morale, institution liability, etc.<\/p>\n
