Edward Deming, Dr. Joseph Juran, and Dr. Philip B. Crosby<\/span>.  Conduct additional research on the three gurus and discuss <\/span><\/span>who you think is the most important contributor to quality management.  You will need to u<\/span>se your critical thinking, moral reasoning, and persuasive writing skills in this critical thinking exercise.<\/span><\/p>\n

Create a new discussion topic by clicking the ‘**REPLY HERE**’ post.  In your reply, you will post your answers to the Skill Building Activity questions.  Your response to the activity questions should be a <\/span> <\/span>minimum<\/span><\/span> of <\/span>250 words<\/span><\/span>.  Going over the minimum word length requirement is acceptable; however, I am not looking for 1000+ words!  <\/span> <\/span>It is suggested that you use MS Word or another word processing application that can check spelling\/grammar and can show the word count.<\/em><\/em><\/p>\n
