You are the Training Manager assigned the creation of a workshop titled- “Similarities and Differences of the Change Manager, the Intrapreneur, and the Entrepreneur”
For the week’s critical thinking assignment, you are the Training Manager and your task is to prepare an 8-10-slide presentation to teach your company’s employees about the similarities and differences between the change manager, the intrapreneur, and the entrepreneur.
The employees should be able to complete the following learning objectives after viewing your 8-10 slide presentation.
- Define the concepts (invention, innovation, change manager, intrapreneur, and entrepreneur) in simple but correct terms
- Describe the organizational context of the change manager, intrapreneur, and entrepreneur
- Discuss the similarities and differences between the change manager, the intrapreneur, and the entrepreneur.
- Describe change management models to support innovation within an organization
Consider how you can add creativity and engagement to your presentation. In your last presentation, you noticed some employees were restless and showed low interest. For this reason, improve your presentation to be more engaging and creative.
To complete the critical thinking assignment, prepare a well-developed presentation that satisfies the above learning objectives and the need to create a more dynamic presentation. Consider using graphical displays (e.g., charts, figures, tables) to present the information. Consider using examples and materials that will capture the employees’ interest. Use citations to substantiate your ideas within the body of the presentation and include a reference slide formatted to APA standards.
Your presentation should meet the following requirements:
- 8-10 slides in length, plus a title page and reference page.
- Include at least 1 credible reference.
- Include speaker’s notes containing 50-100 words per slide to explain the visual/text content on the slide
