1. Review the comments on your assignment through Turnitin. Comments are in little blue tabs.
2. Write rebuttals or counterarguments to each of Prof. Lee’s comments individually. You will NOT get away with general or vague responses. I will want to see specifics and details. If Prof. L made an error, prove that he’s wrong. Do not argue that content is “implied” or “suggested.” That is an invalid argument. You must refer to your original submission that was evaluated and scored, and may not add new content in your rebuttal. Once you complete your written rebuttal, email it to Prof. L as a Word doc. He will review it and will make a determination on the merits of the rebuttal.
3. If Prof. L agrees that a re-evaluation of the assignment is necessary, he will inform of you that decision.
In the process of re-evaluation, the score may be higher, stay the same, or lower, depending on the outcome of the second evaluation.
4. If Prof. Lee finds that the rebuttal is insufficient, he will inform you of that and will give you a second chance to address the comments in the first evaluation.
5. In your second rebuttal attempt, if it does not meet the above requirement, Prof. Lee will let you know, and this process at the student-professor level will end.
Write rebuttals or counterarguments to each of Prof. Lee’s comments individually.
