I am working on my PhD concerning developments related to the free market rental sector in the Netherlands. In this study, I am examining literature, price trends, and government policies. I have completed a significant portion of my research already. However, I recently revised my conceptual and theoretical framework. I now need to update my main document accordingly and rewrite associated texts. Additionally, the research question needs to be adjusted to align with my new ideas. To facilitate this, I have created a new brief document that needs to be incorporated into the overall study and supplemented with descriptions.
I am seeking someone experienced in doctoral research who can assist with conceptualizing the framework and describing it. So not only commenting is needed but also the describtion of the model, the research questions, etc.
The total number of pages will be something like 10 pages. But the actual writing which is needed will be less because some of the initial writing can be reused and there will be some graphics in it as well. While not mandatory, it would be advantageous if you have some understanding of the real estate market, particularly the housing market.
