The most practical and easily applied lesson is “Decision Analysis” from week 7 “W7L1 powerpoint.” The hardest lesson learned was “Waiting Line Models” from week 6 “W6L1 powerpoint.”
I have attached all PowerPoint lectures from this course for background knowledge. They should not be cited in the discussion. For the question “what else do you need to know about Quantitative Analysis” be mindful of the other subjects taught included in the powerpoints. My background is in healthcare administration if you would like to include that in the answer.
