Presentations are used in business meetings, sales meetings, and can be used when making important business decisions. There are several options when it comes to presentation software and most times your best option is to go with the one that is not only supported by your organization, but one that can help you accomplish your business goal. This may be in the way of design, sharing capabilities, software compatibility, or other features.
Search the internet for presentation software options and review their features. Then respond to the following in a minimum of 175 words:
- Select one of the following business goals for this discussion: (1) selling a specific product, (2) adding personnel to your team, or (3) introducing new software to your organization.
- Based on achieving the selected goal above, which presentation software should you use?
- What software features will make your presentation effective for your audience?
