Becoming a professional I have experienced many types of leaders and each of them held different approaches as being a leader. I have seen the leaders who are not goal oriented and no longer find joy in their jobs and just really find joy in tearing those down who are around them due to whatever insecurities they have within themselves because those alongside of them are either a threat to their job position or because they are younger and seem to be more innovative in curating ideas to become more appealing to the job market. Others become a mentee to those whom they see much potential in and they offer them opportunities to be more of a asset within the company or in the current job title to help embrace company morale. No matter the leadership style there where pros and cons during the experience. But more so it was so much to gain and seeing that I can take some qualities and use them for gain in the way I navigate through obtaining more network acess and becoming well rounded in my profession to help those around me becoming a more effective team player. Realizing that there are many ways to become an effective leader the vast majority of approaches may not be applicable to all who’s learning but knowing what would be n-sync path for one to embody and follow so learn by just listening to what is needed to be done, some learn by watching and replicating what was seen you have many that need combo learning techniques needing to do one of each and.
