Bracely Inc. is a new organisation based in Athens, Greece. The company produces and sells bracelets that can be used as gadgets as well as fashion, including a flashlight and panic button. The organisation’s goal is to sell not only in the Greek but also internationally. As a new organisation, it is looking for some help in developing a plan for people management, a performance management process to improve staff motivation and organisational performance. It is crucial to it to retain its employees and ensure their wellbeing during its growth and expansion.
In your role as a HR consultant, you have been asked to produce a report of 3000 words discussing and describing the following areas:
1. Discuss and justify the importance of effective people management in relation to organisational performance.
2. Present and explain tools that will help manage and improve individual and organisational performance.
3. Present and discuss current practices they can use to improve staff well-being.
4. Appraise and discuss how and why external factors influence and impact HR practices by producing a PESTLE analysis that highlights and discusses at least three key factors from the analysis that impacts the way they manage their staff.
5. At the end of the report (after the conclusion), you will provide a reflection to highlight and illustrate the knowledge gained and personal experiences through the preparation of this report in terms of theories as well as skills.
