.The purpose of this assignment is to apply hypothesis tests to the case of Bayview University.

1. Open the dataset of Bayview University (attached) and read the case in its entirety at the end of Chapter 9
2. Use descriptive statistics to summarize the data and comment on your findings.
3. Develop 95% confidence interval for the proportion of all students, the proportion of male students, and the proportion of female students who were involved in some type of cheating.
4. Conduct a hypothesis test to determine whether the proportion of business students at Bayview University who were involved in some type of cheating is less than that of business students at other institutions by the Chronicle of higher education.
5. Conduct a hypothesis test to determine whether the proportion of business students at Bayview University who were involved in some form of cheating is less than that of nonbusiness students at other institutions are reported by the Chronicles of Higher Education.
