This three-part final project will apply course concepts to develop a comprehensive strategy for transforming organizational behavior through emerging technologies. You will focus on a global or multinational organization (real or hypothetical) and explore how AI, automation, cloud-based platforms, data-driven decision-making, and other technologies can enhance collaboration, productivity, engagement, and organizational culture.OBJECTIVE:

Submit a final comprehensive proposal that consolidates and expands on the work from Parts 1 and 2. This final proposal should provide a detailed roadmap for transforming your organization’s behavior through emerging technologies and include an analysis of the long-term impact of these changes.

Instructions for Written Report:

1. Consolidate Parts 1 and 2 (40 Points)
   • Summarize your technology audit, proposed solutions, and implementation strategy.
   • Integrate any feedback received from Parts 1 and 2 into this final version.
2. Long-Term Impact and Adaptation (40 Points)
   • Analyze the long-term impact of the new technologies on organizational behavior, including potential changes in culture, productivity, and employee motivation over the next 3-5 years.
   • Discuss how the organization will adapt to evolving technologies and future challenges.
3. Ethical and Global Considerations (40 Points)
   • Address any ethical issues (e.g., data privacy, surveillance, bias in AI) that could arise with the use of these technologies, and explain how your organization will mitigate them.
   • Consider the global aspect of technology implementation, especially for multinational organizations. How will your strategy ensure consistency across different cultural, legal, and operational contexts?
4. Executive Summary and Presentation (30 Points)
   • Create a 1-page executive summary that highlights key points from your project, written as if it were being presented to the company’s senior leadership.
   • Include a presentation (5-7 slides) that visually conveys your main findings and recommendations.
