You need to highlight the terms on each page when you use them and at the end of the document list the terms listed on each page. This is not
just definitions, but this document the should read like an essay. You should not copy and paste from any sources but paraphrase. You should run your paper through a plagiarism checker before submitting as any plagiarized document will be an automatic 0. Please reference all sources. The paper should be a minimum of 4 pages not including references.
An essay is a “short formal piece of writing..dealing with a single subject” (“Essay,” 2001). It is typically written to try to persuade the reader using selected research evidence (“Essay,” 1997). In general, an academic essay has three parts:
- An introduction that gives the reader an idea of what they are about to learn and presents an argument in the form of a thesis statement usually guided by 3 major discussion points.
- A body, or middle section, that provides evidence regarding the 3 major discussion points used to prove and persuade the reader to accept the writer’s particular point of view
- A conclusion that summarizes the content and findings of the essay
