1. Go to your CJE results2. Go to the nclex clients needs section.3. ⁠look at areas to improvement—example is let’s say management of care was your lowest scoring.4. ⁠you’re going to select a topic that relates to management of care( there’s an example power point created for us with a whole list of topics to write about under management of care)5. ⁠So again let’s say you scored low on management of care-you’re now going to go through the topics created under management of care and ask yourself what is something that I’m interested to write this paper on?6. Go through the sub topic, choose one that you’re interested in writing this paper on, e.g *Assignment, Delegation and Subervision*7. Since you’re interested in writing the paper on *Assignment, Delegation and Supervision*, ( this is just an example topic by the way–we will choose our own topic to write on when I find a writer ) that’s what you’re going to find EVIDENCE BASED SCHOLARLY ON, and you’re going to compose a paper, that basically has to do with *Assignment, Delegation and Supervision*8. ⁠One huge tip is to go to the CHAMBERLAIN University Library and put in chosen topic( e.g *Assignment, Delegation and Supervision*, you’re going to probably get a million articles, you can narrow those articles down a bit more— remember they have to be relevant scholarly articles that is within the past 5 years— they have to be peer reviewed.9. ⁠Please truly look into the PPT—all instructions are listed in the PPT and follow it to the fullest so I can get a ? on this RUA.
