DBA MODULE 4 DESIGNING A RESEARCH PROPOSAL
GUIDE
Module 4 of the DBA program involves designing the research proposal for the final research work that you would undertake from the second year of your DBA as your Module 6. This proposal will be the basis of your final research and will be shared with your Research Supervisor who will scrutinize it before starting the research supervision. It is hence a document of immense significance and must be written with care and caution.
PREPARING THE RESEARCH PROPOSAL
The research proposal will be an academic one, fully referenced, and drawing on scholarly literature and recognised research approaches.
The Interim Research Proposal had earlier been completed and submitted, this module is the substantive Doctoral Research Proposal and it draws on the topic chosen for the Interim ResearchProposal but now expanded to cover 10 ministries, departments and agencies in the Lagos State Government Civil Service in Nigeria. The Interim Research Proposal only dwelt on 1 Agency.
A tutor is now required who will write up an independent and detailed doctorate research proposal which consists of the chapters as stated in the attached document.
