Topic of the systematic review: Self-stigma, characterised by negative self-judgements or self- beliefs, can result in feelings of shame, worthlessness and self-blame. It can also affect social interactions, mental health and health service utilization.
Based on the systematic review of positive health interventions that focus on self-stigma and people living with HIV. (see attached), I would like to review the different studies in this review attached in terms of the curriculum and implementation of these interventions.
The introduction can be about what HIV stigma and self-stigma are, impact of this on people living with HIV and the need to look at interventions. Then describe the aim of our systematic review and then the aim of developing a more detailed resource on the interventions and this is important.
