Whether it’s on young adults or adolescents isn’t an issue. The important thing is that the “impact” you speak of is an effect on personality or personality development.

To my way of thinking, it’s going to be both adolescents and young adults. Social media exposure during adolescence plays a role in the development of (adult) personality.
(personality really only becomes stable in adulthood).
Stick with articles having to do with personality and social media.
