Final Presentation:
NOTE: THIS DOES NOT FOLLOW THE Formal 3 minute presentation guidelines!
You must prepare this as a brief that you would “present” to a decision maker/policy champion that has the ability to take action on this problem. Presentation should be maximum of 10 minutes, and 5 – 10 slides. You can use whatever medium you like to record and post your presentations (Powerpoint, Youtube, Panopto, Prezi etc.) Presentation MUST include an audio component. Please post a link on the discussion board directly to your presentation. Presentation must include the following elements:
1. Title slide with your name, date and key decision maker/policy champion
2. Brief Background overview, Problem statement
3. Overview of key stakeholders and their positions (Stakeholder Analysis)
4. Review of your decision/solution analysis and process
5. Final Recommendation for action with a Justification: Based on your research and analysis, provide a clear final conclusion stating which of the alternatives to you propose to implement and why.
