Research paper on The Highland Clans and the ’45 Jacobite Rising: Motivations, Impact, and Legacy

Based on the approved attached proposal, make a Research Paper:  You have a 10-12 page research paper due by the end of the course. See below. After you have decided on a topic, gleaned from the textbook, please submit the topic, a tentative title, the thesis (what you intend to prove in the paper), and a short summary (around 250 words) of how you intend to prove your thesis, using the “Research Paper Proposal” assignment, listed in the Week 2 learning module by the end of the second week. When you open the assignment, you will find the REQUIRED format for your submission. If you submit the assignment in any other format, I will return it to you for accomplishment—no exceptions. I may return this assignment to you with comments for additional work to ensure that your proposed topic is “doable” in a 10-12 page paper. Once I have completely approved the topic, you will receive a 100 of this assignment. If you do not submit the “research paper topic” assignment to receive approval for your topic, you will receive a zero for this graded assignment, and I will deduct five points from the research paper grade if the research paper deals with a topic covered by this course and ten points if the topic of the paper does not deal with this course.   I will grade each assignment within 24 hours of submission.
