Please use the attached report to COMPLETELY REWRITE it as a new paper. It needs to
sound different, as if someone else wrote it. Change the tone, layout, whatever is needed
to make this seem as a different report. If you have access to the book, feel free to
add new information. You may mess with the footnotes to make the paper seem different as well. Leave spaces for names and addresses, I will fill those in later. The 12 pages is an
estimate, it can be more or less.
Attached is an example of the format of the report, an example of a technical memo, and the actual report that you need to use to rewrite a NEW report.
