DEVELOPING YOUR OWN THEORY
As we have worked through the various theories in this
course, you have been exposed to a number of opinions and
approaches personality development and how people become
who they are. Your final assignment in this course requires
you to state your opinion on what you think is the correct
approach to each debate. Your opinion should be personal,
but also incorporate theories and worldviews covered in this
class. You are welcome to include references to theories you
agree and disagree with, but your rationale for your opinion
should be clearly stated and explained.
Your paper should be between 7-10 pages and formatted in
APA 7 style. The final paper should include a brief
introduction, 1-2 pages per section, and a conclusion and
headings to indicat each section. You should note the
theorists you agreed with or disagreed with and cite you AND
