• The Table of Contents has formatting inconsistencies starting from Chapter 6. For example, paragraph 6.5 has irregular title formatting, and some paragraphs in Chapter 7 share the same style as main chapter titles. These need fixing.
• Every chapter must start on a new page. Chapter 5 currently does not follow this rule.

Executive Summary
