After reading the article on the instructional strategy -share why you think it is important to model instructional strategies for your young learning. What strategies are either social-emotional ( children listening in class, transitioning from one activity to another, asking questions, etc.) have you observed in your placements. Discuss with your cooperating teacher what strategies they model in the beginning of the year.
