For this. paper, you will need to address the arguments, evidence, and analysis in Michael T. Klare’s All Hell Breaking Loose: The Pentagon’s Perspective on Climate Change. Your papers will also need to incorporate a minimum of three outside reports. You can use the reports uploaded on Canvas, those mentioned in the book, or new ones that you are able locate online from respectable think tanks, foreign policy oriented groups, academic centers, and research organizations.
