Professionally, I see that you are very observant and pay close attention to small details that make a lot of difference. I do believe that you promote yourself well in this field. You’re very knowledgeable and a of different areas as far as healthcare and if there is something that you’re unaware of I can tell that you think hard about it and come back and have questions so that you are actively ready to take on the next task just that professional readiness can take you the next step in your career. I feel as though you are on the right track as far as marketing yourself. I struggle with marketing myself, but from my experience in the healthcare field, your work markets itself. As stated above, being attentive, effectively listening, taking initiative, and always willing to explore options are your traits that I see that market yourself. Healthcare is a field that is very broad and always has room to grow. Continue to work hard, stay optimistic, and stay ready at all times… those skills will prepare you to grow into roles that you never thought it would.

Hey the second discussion is in regards to marketing myself and skillsets for health education profession. Once again thank you for helping me. It is not due until 4/13/2024; so no rush.

 

I am only aware of what I believe are assets to a company regarding my profession.  I am really not sure what others see professionally from me. I believe I have great analytical skills with figuring out what clients may need. I know I can definitely branch out more but, I do believe when it comes to the professional side I communicate effectively. I believe I have good interpersonal skills and can speak with anyone regarding anything because I am a good listener and pay attention to the details in conversations.  I try to get out of my  shell at meeting and events and start to branch out and see what others do.

Marketing myself I am unsure about. I know I can revamp my resume because a lot hast changed as far as what some companies are looking for on a resume. My resume is generic from Indeed and I know it could be more professional. I have a LinkedIn account as well and I feel like if I pay attention to it more I can get some marketing and networking through there as well. In office I am not sure how to network besides talking with someone who may know a little bit more about community health related work in the field. Besides all sites and region meetings it is an opportunity to network but, it is also mainly a teambuilding time and I am unaware of others jobs. I can also try and find a Facebook group or other options that may be offered online. Honestly speaking that is all I have lol.
