Many forms of assignments are present in a STEM learning environment other than written research papers. These include discussion boards, presentations with and without slides, review papers, Q&A assignments, and more.

In this assignment, you will select three forms of assignments, and describe the type of literature support and evidence needed for each one. You also will reflect on the value of primary literature in the study of STEM disciplines.

Select three different forms of assignments in your classroom.

Step 2. Discuss
For each assignment, discuss in detail:

• How the assignment demonstrates the students learning
• The appropriate types of literature needed that would support the assignment (with the citation of supporting evidence detailing how the literature does what you say it does)
• Why the particular category of literature works with the assignment you’re describing

Step 3. Describe
Describe how you would teach learners about the different types of literature and when to use each one. · Use primary literature to support your ideas and points. Cite the sources in APA format.

Step 4. Reflect
Reflect on the value of primary literature in the study of STEM disciplines.
