M6.4 Assignment: Create an Evaluation Strategy for Your Virtual Team Training Module

Create an evaluation plan for your short-form training, using the tools and concepts discussed this week. Use your slide deck from the Learning Activity in Module 5 attached for this assignment by adding a new section called Evaluation.

Create a minimum of 3 new slides that do the following:

  • Illustrate your high-level plan of how you will apply Kirkpatrick’s Four Levels of Evaluation to your virtual training.
  • Provide examples of the evaluations you will use for each level.
  • Outline at least one example of the design of a dynamic debrief activity you can incorporate in your training module.
  • Use scholarly citations (APA) to attribute sources of information on the slides and in slide notes.
  • Include detailed slide notes to explain each slide.
