You will ask those closest to you at work, at home, and in social settings to assess and evaluate your strengths and developmental areas as a leader and compare your finding to their assessments. You will interview those who have observed you as a leader to compose a philosophy on leadership. You will then develop a leadership development action plan that maps the implementation of specific action items with dates.
