You will research and examine various leadership theories, to compare and contrast the findings to your leadership strengths. You will utilize intellectual inquiry to focus on your perceptions of readiness to apply course learning of various leadership roles, theories, and leadership styles. You will ask those closest to you at work, at home, and in social settings to assess and evaluate your strengths and developmental areas as a leader and compare your finding to their assessments. You will interview those who have observed you as a leader to compose a philosophy on leadership. You will then develop a leadership development action plan that maps the implementation of specific action items with dates.
