One of the goals of this assignment is to repurpose the
information I gathered and use it to compose in a new genre. Most importantly,
how the information will change from the way in which it was originally
presented in order to relate to the audience.
I would like for you to take my research
that I conducted for my reflective annotated bibliography and decide on a genre
that can be written to share my research. The choices for the genre can be any
one of the following: (Please pick carefully one of genres that will
best reflect the information and a specific targeted audience. My suggestion
would be an audience that mainly include local politicians, and adults within
the school system and community.)
a script for a TED Talk
script for a radio or
television interview
podcast script
a play or film script
a listicle
a poem or song
a children’s book
Be sure to pay attention to the
unique qualities of the genre, including appropriate length and formatting.
Also, be sure to give credit to the sources in order to avoid plagiarism.
