This final chapter should focus on the Implications of your research project for the larger fields of art, education, art education, and other related fields. Think about how your work may prove useful to other artists, educators, and the like. How might it support their work? Challenge it? Expand it? What questions might it elicit?
It is common to also identify what kinds of further research ideas your project suggests. In other words, what might the next steps be for you, or another scholar interested in continuing to conduct research on your topic?
Your chapter should end with a Conclusion, in which you pull together your thoughts about the entire project experience in a short, compelling statement that, ideally, situates your work in the broadest context possible. (This is not a summary, but a reflective statement.)
