Describe targeted strategic partnerships taking into consideration the transformation initiative, students or customers, the community, and labor market needs. Consider the importance of stakeholder involvement, partnership identification and development, and community engagement. Be specific on how you will engage all stakeholders so that they themselves become “champions” for your transformational initiative, and how you will engage those resistant to the proposed initiative. Make sure to clearly identify the types of resistance you expect and the strategies you will use to address each.
Describe strategies that leaders, managers, and staff will take to successfully implement and sustain the desired culture and climate change, such as to: perform gap analysis for implementing successful transformation; build trust and engaging resistance; perform policy audit and adopt needed policies for identified transformation initiative; identify professional and leadership development gaps and strategies.
