Continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) has been shown to improve glycemic outcomes; however, its adoption and impact in underserved populations remain underexplored. In this population, challenges such as limited health literacy and systemic inequalities may further hinder effective utilization of CGM technology. The plan is to solve the identified problem by educating FQHC healthcare providers on continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) in this population.
