Dear person reading this, thank you for taking the time to review this task. The task
that I have uploaded is a subcategory of a research paper that I am writing for my university on “How do men working in hospitality balance between their career and personal life?”
I have conducted 4 interviews which will remain private and have created a coding agenda for it. This coding agenda “see file below” is mainly based on the 2 articles that are stated below. (In file “Strucutre of my essay”) Which were a madatory literature for me. Therefore I am using them.
What I need you to do is:
Create a theoretical background framework for my essay. 2 Pages and double spaced.
You must conduct a so-to-say literature review based on these articles. The “clark” article
is very important as the border theory is one of the key things in the coding agenda.
The other codings must be all mentioned too, as this is the foundation that my research
paper will be on. Please define each term and use in text citation APA7 style.
Terms that must be defined (is the coding agenda) as well as other words that I will use such as (gender, hospitality)
When using quotes only use primary data.
