One of the greatest challenges to an organization is change. Change is frequently needed, but it is often challenging for a leader or manager to initiate and navigate.
In an 8 to 10-paged (double-spaced) paper:
- Describe a change that is needed or was proposed and implemented in your organization (or another organization of which you are aware).
- State if you agreed or disagreed with the change.
- Explain what barriers were encountered as well as if and how they were overcome.
- Relate the situation to findings from the literature.
- Describe any lessons learned along with any recommendations for the future.
- For instance, what was problematic or successful? And, what could have been done or should be done differently in the future?
Be sure to cite the literature. Proof read carefully. Ensure your argument is clear and that your paper is void of grammar and spelling mistakes.
