This is the final exam for GC Prosperity. Below you will find three essay questions. You are required
to answer any two out of the three questions. Each essay has a maximum 1000-word limit excluding
footnotes and bibliography (NO +/-10% rule). You might require additional readings to prepare for this
take-home essay exam.
Question 1:
What are some of the ways that poverty can be experienced by different age cohorts? How can social
determinants of health explain these phenomena? Support your argument with a concrete example
or case (sources can be your own experiences, readings, plenaries, or panels).

I’ve uploaded sources from the course reading that you can use to back up your argument in your essay.
It is suggested to use the sources from the course reading list but you can also use other academic sources to make your argument strong and concrete.
Keep the introduction and conclusion concise and brief, so you can focus on your arguments.
The essay cannot exceed 1000 words!
Use footnotes and chicago style bibliography (indicate page numbers!)
