Select one in which you wish to gain additional knowledge and skills and prepare a presentation for your colleagues at the agency. Consider the typical age range where the condition is most commonly experienced and tailor your presentation accordingly.
Your presentation should address the following information (1 point per topic):
An overview of the diagnosis (what it is, presenting symptoms, prevalence)
Identify at least one assessment measure for this diagnosis
Current recommendations for individual treatment (consider therapeutic and psychopharmacological interventions, as appropriate)
Cultural considerations
Family assessments and interventions
How systemic treatment can be beneficial (as opposed to just individual), and tips for clinicians who may have discomfort with working with more than one person in the room.
Ethical dilemmas a clinician might encounter when working with people with this diagnosis.

Grading
Length: This assignment is 8-10 slides (excluding title and reference slides). Speaker notes should be between 100-250 words and include citations. Your faculty will use your speaker notes to help assess the depth of your knowledge in each area, so be sure to use them accordingly.
References: Include a minimum of 2 scholarly references (in addition to the assigned readings from the textbooks and DSM-5-TR). References must be no more than five years old. Slides and speaker notes must include citations.
