The rapidly changing technologies have transformed the entire healthcare space, and IoT and Fog computing can be seen as crucial to processing and executing data in real-time. These technologies help to keep devices in touch and to enhance healthcare systems. But the sheer volume of private health information creates significant security and privacy issues. The research recommends a new IoT-Fog health care model powered by Blockchain to mitigate these problems. The Blockchain enables safe and effective access to healthcare data, where only authorized parties can access certain datasets, through the implementation of Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) technology. It also harnesses the decentralized and irreversible attributes of Blockchain to maintain integrity and privacy of data and reduce latency (an important factor in medical applications). Furthermore, the architecture would enable scalability to provide a secure and efficient distributed platform for healthcare data management. This study also shows how Blockchain-based IoT-Fog systems could improve the security, efficiency, and availability of the current healthcare infrastructure.
