You are the senior Human Resources representative in a large organization that currently operates out of one location in the United States. You attend a strategy meeting and learn that your company is going to undertake a major initiative to enhance diversity and inclusion within the organization while also improving overall workforce planning. You have been asked to participate in the planning sessions to determine what strategies and resources will be needed to successfully implement these changes. Some key questions to focus on may be:
- How would you assess and plan for enhancing diversity and inclusion within your organization?
- What specific strategies would you recommend to promote an inclusive workplace culture?
- How would you integrate your Biblical worldview into the planning and implementation of these initiatives?
The student will post one thread of 300-500 words. The student must then post 2 replies of 250-
350 words. For each thread, students must support their assertions with at least 2 scholarly
citations plus the text in current APA format. Each reply must incorporate at least 1 scholarly
citation plus the text and Scripture reference in current APA format. Any sources cited must have
been published within the last five years. Acceptable sources include the textbook, the Bible, and
scholarly sources.
