Write a paper describing the steps in developing a research study and assessing your learning from the written assignments from this course. Include the following topics:
– Discuss the reasons for the organizational research study and explain in your own words the importance of the study. For example, discuss the benefits of the information gained from the study for the organization or the benefit for employees. Describe how the research study identified an organizational problem or issue that will be further researched through a survey or some other questionnaire. Finally, analyze the introduction to the problem statement and discuss whether you believe that your research study can be reviewed and understood by an individual not familiar with your research study.
– Analyze the problem statement so that the topic or issue selected for the research study clearly states the reasons for the study and identifies the keywords that will organize the review of the literature. In reviewing your problem statement, discuss weather feedback from peers or mentor have further defined the direction of the research study.
