this paper you must pick one deviant group or behavior to research on your own outside of class.
This paper must include at least 5 academic sources. You may not include any assigned course
articles within your 5 required sources. Academic journal articles and books are acceptable,
websites, newspapers, fictional books can be used as supplemental material but do not count in
the 5 required sources. You must submit the topic of your project by Tuesday October 22th.
Your paper should generally follow this format: an introduction, what topic you chose and why,
review the material from the research you conducted, what you learned about your topic through
the process, and a conclusion. Your paper should be at least 7 full pages of text (does not include
your reference page that should be included), double-spaced, Times New Roman 12-point font.
Title pages, headings, etc., are not included in the 7page requirement.
