Based on your understanding of the intervention and its potential impact, create a slide deck and record a video presentation that discusses the likely short-term and long-term results of the program.
- Using Google Slides (opens in a new window), create a professional and engaging slide deck to outline your sustainability plan. Ensure to address the following:
- Consider both positive and negative outcomes, as well as any unintended consequences.
- Defend sustainability: Articulate a compelling argument for why this program should be sustained over the long term. Highlight its potential benefits for the community, its alignment with public health priorities, and its cost-effectiveness.
- Identify short-term and long-term sustainability strategies: Address factors such as:
- Funding: Diversifying funding sources, securing grant funding, or developing a social enterprise model.
- Community Partnerships: Building strong relationships with community organizations, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to leverage resources and support.
- Program Adaptation: Implementing mechanisms for ongoing monitoring and evaluation, adapting the intervention to changing needs and priorities, and incorporating new evidence and best practices.
- Advocacy: Engaging in policy advocacy to promote supportive policies and secure funding for the intervention.

- Download your final narrated presentation, and upload your video submission as indicated below.
