Assignment requirement: You are required to design and produce an innovative evidence-based health promotion leaflet entitled: “A guide to promoting the health of you and your family…..” This leaflet must focus on health promotion across the life course (Pre-conceptual, Early years, adolescence, adulthood, elderly) for the following public health prioritie: · The effects of Substance Misuse (Alcohol OR Smoking OR Drugs) To demonstrate your understanding of the subject chosen, your leaflet should link to the wider determinants of health and the impact these may have on health and wellbeing, drawing upon the need for multi-agency working, and the models and strategies of health promotion. There is no word count for this assignment, but you will be required to create this on a minimum of 2 sides and a MAXIMUM of 4 sides of A4 paper, with a separate page 5 for your Harvard Reference list (font size 12). * You MUST complete all of the health promotion content on a MAXIMUM of 4 sides.: If you exceed this, any excess work will not be marked and wont be taken into account in your over all grade. This could result in a fail if the unmarked excessive work is part of the essential content required. * Your reference list MUST COMMENCE on a separate side 5 at the LATEST! If you do not commence your reference list until side 6, your reference list wont be taken into account in the marking and as such, your work will fail .
