Week 5: Discussion Board Posting
- Describe how the unique role of evidence-based leadership (EBL) can facilitate an organization change to the new paradigm of evidence-base practice (EBP).
- Review the evidence-based competencies for nurses on page 397 of the textbook. Choose two of the evidence-based competencies and discuss how the chosen competencies could improve healthcare organizations. Provide specific examples.
Use these guidelines for all discussion board postings. Each week begins on Monday at 12:01 AM/EST and ends on Sunday at 11:59 PM/EST. ***Postings cannot begin until Monday 12:01 AM/EST of each week. The instructor will delete any posts (initial postings and/or responses) made prior to the start of each week (Monday at 12:01 AM/EST).
- One initial post required each week
- Due by Wednesday at 11:59 PM/EST
- Support initial posting with two professional peer-reviewed scholarly journal references properly cited in American Psychological Association (APA) format
- A textbook may be used in addition to the required two journal references
- Initial responses should be between 250-300 words
