You can focus on any of these aspects to make your argument. At this level and for this word count, it is recommended that you focus on one group or issue to evaluate the statement in depth, rather than try to address everything, spreading your word count too thinly. Draw on the theory, policy, academic literature and research in this report, the core readings from the module and your own wider reading to illustrate your answer.
