For CT 5 using your individual career perspective, describe the corporate-level strategies used at your company. What strategies are used by your area/functional unit? Do these area/functional unit strategies support the corporate-level strategies of the wider organization or are the areas/functional unit strategies unique? Describe your company’s international involvement. Critique the entry strategy(ies) that was/were used to enter foreign markets. Compare and contrast the strategic management process used by your company for its domestic organization and its international organization. How important is it to you that you work at an organization with an international presence?
