1. Include Title Page with all team member names in alpha order by last name and include a graphic representative of your organization.
2. Include automatically generate Table of Contents
3. 1″ margins, 11 pt. font, block style formatting (left justified, leave right edge ragged) – no indents! 
4. 1.5 line spacing, skip space between paragraphs.
5. Include page numbering beginning with Page 1 as the first page of document (Not including Title Page or Table of Contents)
6. Make frequent use of left-justified bolded headings.
7. Use APA-style in-text citations (See Fisher APA Guide).
8. Use APA-style bibliography (See Fisher APA Guide).
9. Include charts, visuals, etc. but refer to them in your writing (no stand alone graphics).
