1. This week we are addressing ethical and legal issues in the long term care environment. Please come to the board and discuss these issues. Some issues involve neglect and abuse of the elderly, use of the least restrictive environment, etc. Please review the chapter for this week and come to our discussion board and update us on what you have learned.
