This is an individual assignment based on your book. Please submit a summary, approximately 2 pages. No specific format is required, however this should be a formal, written narrative. It should NOT be in bullet point format.
Each member of your team must choose a different chapter from the book.
- Provide a summary of the events of that chapter.
- What element(s) of DMAIC is(are) addressed in that chapter?
- Explain how that chapter relates to the symptoms and causes from your Problem Two-Pager.
- Identify the stakeholders involved in that chapter and how each of those stakeholders would define success.
- Identify and describe at least two decision traps, from those we covered in this class.
Your submission should be in the form of a memo to me.
