I would like you to take what you have learned (Walden by Henery David Thoreau and the rest of class Environmental Ethics) and create a larger OUTWARD argument.

This argument is the culmination of all that you have learned this semester. While planning, remember that this Policy/Curriculum/Persuasive Article is a specific type of argumentative paper aimed at suggesting or outlining a change in policy, procedure, or education. MAKE SURE YOU ARE WRITING IT FOR THE GENERAL PUBLIC. SOME OPTIONS:

• Propose and explain a law or policy change
• Create an educational policy or school curriculum
• Activist Article: Use your book as an inspiration for some social or cultural change
• BE CREATIVE
• It should be somewhere between 3-5 pages (depending on the type of paper you choose)
• Otherwise follow the appropriate format for your paper type
