  • Page 7 & 8 Theories: Provide two criminological theories that could explain why the suspects in both cases may have committed their crimes. Explain how each theory relates to both suspects and helps us understand their possible motives or behavior. Such as Social Learning Theory, Rational Choice Theory, Labeling Theory, Strain Theory, etc.
  • Page 9 & 10 Legal Systems Review: Provide a literature review of the different legal systems and forensic examination methods on each case.
  • Page 11 & 12 Policy Recommendation: Provide three detailed policy recommendations based on the issues you identified earlier in the paper. These should be your proposed solutions to problems related to forensic methods, legal challenges, or investigative practices in the cases you analyzed.
